ANJA GILDUM

Former model, producer, current co-founder of moon-mgmt, and casting agent, has made the transition from; in front of the lens, to behind it; providing full-scale casting services for advertising, editorials, and shows with her partner Simone.

Anja’s international presence and connections with global top agencies as well as smaller “boutique” agencies and mother agents, allows her to keep up with trends and moreover bring an international understanding to the project at hand. Her career has taken her to Paris, New York, Milan, Tokyo etc. in collaboration with brands like Chanel, Shieseido, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, Christian Lacroix and Carven. She remains focused on the promotion of diversity and good working conditions for everyone on set.

Together with her family, Anja has moved to her native Copenhagen to preserve a sustainable mindset in her personal life that extends into her work ethics.

 
 

SIMONE SKRONSKI

Simone brings a fresh set of eyes and outlook on casting.
A real jack of all trades, with a versatile experience and professional background, she in association with Anja, provides full scale casting services for advertising, editorials, and shows.

Simones eye for the unique within casting means challenging and pushing conventional beauty standards. She strives to contribute actively with positive change in the industry and an aim for all around inclusivity and representation. 

Harmonious for Simones professional journey has been finding herself on a creative path, working within niche corners in a wide range of creative fields including music, art, gastronomy and fashion. This has empowered her to develop a vast scope lens, catcall approach and cutting edge aesthetic. 

Simone carries her ethics, values and morals with her at all times, bridging a sustainable mindset between personal and work life.
