At Coup de Cœur the work towards sustainability is about constant consciousness and proactivity .
That means urging clients to consider the importance of CO2 emissions and giving them concrete examples of what they can do to be more conscious. As well as making sure that all parts of a job are looked over for ways in which we can better them sustainably.
Being and creating a sustainable and ethical work environment for all models means holding correct workplace conditions and advocating for the models.
It means Always considering all options for what is the best models, and casting across all ages, genders, races and backgrounds, normalising ‘diverse’ modelcastings.
